你在 echobird.ai/support/ 完成 打赏 时, 即表示你已阅读并接受本条款。请逐条看完后再支付。
1你"买"的是什么
一次性的、自愿的、对 EchoBird 项目的支持。不是商品,不是服务,不是订阅,不是会员。 完成打赏后:
- 你不会得到任何"专属功能 / VIP 标识 / 高级模式"
- 你不会收到除 Paddle 收据邮件以外的任何邮件
- EchoBird 项目本身依然完全免费、依然在原来的许可证下开源(适用部分)
- EchoBird 团队会知道有人支持了,但不会单独感谢你(除非你主动告诉我们)
2谁是卖家
法律意义上,Paddle.com Markets Limited 作为 Merchant of Record(注册商户),在交易记录、税单、信用卡账单上是卖家方。 Paddle 注册地英国,总部 London;详见 paddle.com/legal/terms。
EchoBird 团队是实际项目的维护方,通过 Paddle 收到分账后的款项。 联系方式:[email protected]。
3价格 与 货币
- 三档可选:¥18 / ¥38 / ¥88(人民币) 或 $3 / $7 / $15(美元)
- 不可拼单(一次结账只能买一档),但你可以发起多次
- 价格在 /support/ 页面和结账弹窗里都明示
- 实际扣款货币可能因你的支付方式 / 卡组织 / 计费国家而经 Paddle 自动换算 —— 换算汇率由 Paddle 当日中间价决定
4税务
Paddle 作为 Merchant of Record,**根据你的计费国家自动计算 + 缴纳**适用的 VAT / Sales Tax / GST / 消费税 等。 税额(如有)会在结账弹窗的"订单概览"里逐项列出。中国大陆地区目前无附加税项。
EchoBird 团队不接触你的税务信息,不开具发票。如需正式发票请联系 Paddle 客服 —— 他们能开具 Paddle 抬头的 invoice(适用于公司报销场景)。
5支付方式
由 Paddle 在你的国家 / 地区开放的所有方式,包括但不限于:
- 信用卡:Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover / JCB
- Apple Pay(iOS Safari / macOS Safari)
- Google Pay(Chrome on Android / Chrome on desktop)
- WeChat Pay(微信支付 —— 中国大陆账户)
- Bancontact / iDEAL / Pix / BLIK / MB Way / Naver Pay / Kakao Pay / Samsung Pay / Payco(地区性)
具体可用方式由 Paddle 根据你的计费国家自动展示。EchoBird 不能主动启用或禁用某一种。
6交付
无实物或数字商品交付。打赏完成 = 这单结束。Paddle 会在数秒内发送收据邮件;EchoBird 不发额外的"感谢"邮件。
7退款
打赏 默认不退款,但特定情况下会退(误操作、重复扣款、未授权交易等)—— 详见 退款政策。
8争议解决
- 有任何不满或问题:**先联系 [email protected]**,我们 3 个工作日内回复
- 邮件无法解决的:通过 Paddle 的 dispute resolution 流程,详见 paddle.com 法律页
- 信用卡 chargeback:走信用卡网络规则,Paddle 协助处理
- 本条款的解释与执行,适用 Paddle 注册地(英格兰及威尔士)法律,不影响你在所在地适用的强制性消费者保护法
9条款变更
本条款可能不通知地修改。每次修改"最后更新"日期会刷新。**已完成的交易适用当时生效的条款版本**,新条款不溯及既往。
10无保证
EchoBird 项目本身按"现状(as is)"提供,无任何明示或暗示的保证。打赏 不改变 EchoBird 的许可证或保证范围。 如果 EchoBird 哪天不更新了 / 出 bug 了 / 被作者放弃了,**这不构成已完成打赏的退款理由**(参见 退款政策 第 2 节)。

By completing a tip on echobird.ai/support/, you confirm you've read and accepted these terms. Please read them through before paying.
1What you're "buying"
A one-time, voluntary act of support for the EchoBird project. Not a product. Not a service. Not a subscription. Not a membership. After tipping:
- You don't unlock any exclusive feature, VIP badge, or premium mode
- You won't receive any email beyond the Paddle receipt
- EchoBird itself remains fully free and remains on its original license (where applicable)
- The EchoBird team will know someone tipped, but will not separately thank you unless you reach out
2Who is the seller
Legally, Paddle.com Markets Limited is the Merchant of Record and the seller on transaction records, tax documents, and your card statement. Paddle is registered in the UK, headquartered in London; see paddle.com/legal/terms.
The EchoBird team maintains the actual project and receives the net amount Paddle remits. Contact: [email protected].
3Pricing and currency
- Three tiers: ¥18 / ¥38 / ¥88 (CNY) or $3 / $7 / $15 (USD)
- One tier per checkout (no multi-pack), but you may tip again
- Prices are displayed on /support/ and again in the checkout overlay before payment
- Actual charge currency may be auto-converted by Paddle based on your payment method / card network / billing country — at Paddle's day-of-trade FX rate
4Tax
As Merchant of Record, Paddle automatically calculates and remits applicable VAT / Sales Tax / GST / consumption tax based on your billing country. Tax amounts (if any) are itemized in the checkout overlay's order summary. No additional tax applies in mainland China at present.
The EchoBird team does not handle your tax information and does not issue invoices. For an official invoice (useful for corporate reimbursement), contact Paddle support — they can issue a Paddle-branded invoice.
5Payment methods
Whatever Paddle enables in your country / region, including but not limited to:
- Cards: Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover / JCB
- Apple Pay (iOS Safari / macOS Safari)
- Google Pay (Chrome on Android / Chrome on desktop)
- WeChat Pay (mainland China accounts)
- Bancontact / iDEAL / Pix / BLIK / MB Way / Naver Pay / Kakao Pay / Samsung Pay / Payco (regional)
The exact set is auto-displayed by Paddle based on your billing country. EchoBird can't manually enable or disable individual methods.
6Delivery
No physical or digital goods are delivered. Completing the tip ends the transaction. Paddle sends a receipt email within seconds; EchoBird does not send a separate "thank you" email.
7Refunds
Tips are non-refundable by default, but refunded in specific cases (accidental tips, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, etc.) — see Refund Policy.
8Dispute resolution
- For any concern or issue: contact [email protected] first; we respond within 3 business days
- If email doesn't resolve it: via Paddle's dispute resolution process — see paddle.com legal pages
- Credit card chargebacks: follow card network rules; Paddle handles with EchoBird's cooperation
- Interpretation and enforcement of these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales (Paddle's jurisdiction), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your locale
9Changes to these terms
These terms may change without notice. Each revision updates the "Last updated" date. Completed transactions are governed by the terms in effect at the time of payment; new terms do not apply retroactively.
10No warranty
The EchoBird project itself is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranty. Tipping does not modify EchoBird's license or warranty scope. If EchoBird is one day unmaintained / breaks / is abandoned by its maker, this does not entitle you to a refund of past tips (see Refund Policy section 2).
